Welcome to the Cardiovascular Disease Research Ethics ("CADRE") Program! CADRE is a research and ethics training program with the goal of identifying research ethics training needs and providing tailored short-term (up to 1-day) instruction for researchers and other research professionals involved with cardiovascular disease research. CADRE is funded entirely by various Institutes of the National Institutes of Health and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality under award T15HL075759 for a period of five years, through May 2010. The project is funded under PAR-01-143 ("Short-Term Courses in Research Ethics"). The Principal Investigator is T. Howard Stone, JD, LLM, Associate Professor of Bioethics at the University of Texas Health Center at Tyler.
